This dedicated  Leadership team at Anchor Advisory Services consists of five senior client associates, each responsible for ongoing training, goal management and product education. Together they keep employees focused on meeting goals and motivated to meet the companies' standards for excellence. Each of these team leaders reports directly to the partners of the company and are able to identify specific needs of each employee, ensuring the best service is provided to external wholesalers. 

Phil M.- Account Manager

As a Strategic Account Manager, Phil utilizes his results driven approach to help associates maximize account growth.  Phil's passion for hard work as a means to achieve results was apparent during his time as a scheduling coordinator, scheduling over 750 face-to-face meetings with financial advisors on behalf of his wholesalers within a year's time.  Phil is currently pursuing a degree in Business/Marketing and when not working, can be found on the golf course.

John R.- Account Manager
A graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Sports Entertainment with a concentration in sales and marketing. A three-sport athlete in high school, John still holds the single season reception record for the Plymouth North football team.  John is an integral component of the Anchor team with his steadfast character.  John also holds a series 7 license.

Janieva G.

Janieva utilizes her ability to effectively communicate with clients and fulfill their needs quickly which lead her to a leadership role as Director of Analytics and Training. Daily, she helps facilitate operational goals so all clients can receive the the high level of service Anchor was founded upon. Janieva is also responsible for accumulating and analyzing all internal data. She is currently pursuing a degree in Accounting & Finance.
