Meet Our Founder

Steve Rokoszewski is President and COO of Anchor Advisory Services and is responsible for the firms overall strategy and business development initiatives including financial operations and Human Resources. In the industry since 1998, Steve began his career as a financial advisor, spent time at Met Life Investors in their annuity distribution group, and participated in the start-up and build-out of KBS Capital Markets Group. Most recently, Steve worked his way to Executive Vice President at Realty Capital Securities, which led the industry for over 5 consecutive years, topping $8 billion in investment product sales in 2014.  Steve was responsible for building both the internal sales force as well as the business development group which were integral to raising capital.  Additionally, Steve oversaw the implementation of a proprietary CRM system which added valuable experience in business analytics.  Steve resides in the South Shore of Massachusetts with his wife and son.
